TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS: A “no active ballots” message occurs when a valid username and password combination from a previous vote is entered. Typically, this happens when an internet browser autosaves login information.If you receive a “no active ballots message” please log out, then delete any pre-populated information you see in the login box and copy and paste in this year’s username and activation code you received via email.
